Are your candles 100% soy wax?

You’re soy right! All of our wax is made from soy beans grown in the U.S. (Golden Wax). By supporting our candles you're supporting domestic products and promoting a renewable resource.

What kind of fragrance oils do you use? 

All of our fragrances are infused with essential oils (https://www.candlescience.com/learning/whats-in-fragrance-oil).

To clarify, our fragrances aren’t 100% essential oils. It’s difficult to produce a candle with completely essential oils that’s highly fragrant. Feel free to checkout the CandleScience link for more info.

How will my order be presented?

We are proud to use completely plastic free packaging. Your items will be wrapped in recycled contents, sealed with paper tape and placed in a box with starch packing peanuts. All of our packaging can be recycled, re-used or composted. We also include packaging information and recycling advice in every parcel.

Where do you currently ship your candles?

For our initial product launch, we are only shipping to the United States. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to growing and shipping internationally for future collections.

Return Policy.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Project Happiness Candle Co. products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@projecthappinesscandleco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.

If you're experiencing an issue with a Project Happiness Candle Co. product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
